Position Summary:
Coordinators at ADM have proven ability to execute a variety of general accounting support tasks, including verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, inventory), and compiling data to prepare a variety of reports. Clerks have no direct supervisory responsibilities. The coordinator in this position will be mainly responsible for filing tonnage tax returns.

Job Responsibilities:
- File Tonnage tax returns and Miscellaneous Business License/Returns
- Special projects as assigned by manager
- Utilize ADM systems effectively and efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks
- Demonstrates good judgment, poise, and maturity in interactions with others
- Does whatever can to help the team when there is a sudden spike in the workload
- Shares resources and otherwise serves as an active, helpful team player
- Keeps others informed and up to date about the progress and status of work

- High School diploma required
- College classes (specifically accounting), a plus
- 2-3 years of accounting/reconciliation experience a plus
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
