Blending, filtering, washing, and packaging of final and intermediary products for sale and internal consumption.
Essential Functions:
- Follow instructions on the provided Work Orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets.
- Weighing of ingredients, sampling products.
- Handling of liquid and dry ingredients. Liquid pump operation and liquid packaging into various container sizes from 1oz. to 55-gallon drums to 6500 gallon tankers.
- Minor GC analysis for certain washes, Inventory management via paper transfer forms for creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products.
- Communication with the Formulations team and management.
- Forklift Operation.
- 80% Ambient/20% Air Conditioned Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, and duck. Moderate periods of standing.
- Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12-hour shifts

- GED-HS Diploma required.
- Simple Mathematics understanding required. (Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division)
- 1 year experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing manufacturing.
