Job Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans that incorporate Catholic teachings and values.
- Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Student Assessment & Support: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, offering timely feedback and providing necessary academic support.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success and promote a team-oriented approach.
- Faith Integration: Participate in school-wide activities, including faith-based events and initiatives, while modeling Catholic teachings in all daily interactions.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities and school community engagement activities
- Experience: Previous teaching experience in elementary or middle school settings preferred.
- Faith Commitment: Strong understanding of Catholic teachings with a commitment to integrating faith into the curriculum.
