Job Summary
Holy Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and faith-centered Classroom Aide to support teachers and students in a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily classroom activities, promote student engagement, and help integrate Catholic values into the school day. This individual will contribute to students’ academic success and support their social, emotional, and spiritual development.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening. The screening will include criminal background check, Family Care Safety Registration, drug screen, employment and educational licensure/certification verification, health screening, and any other screenings deemed necessary for employment. Any offer would be contingent upon successful completion of any required screening.

This individual will contribute to students’ academic success and support their social, emotional, and spiritual development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher with instructional activities and daily lesson implementation.
- Provide individual and small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
- Help maintain a structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support classroom management and reinforce positive behavior expectations.
- Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization.
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities.
- Assist students with assignments and reinforce learning concepts.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student needs and progress.
- Integrate and model Catholic values in interactions with students.
- Participate in school activities and meetings as appropriate.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and spiritual development.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to Catholic education and values.
- Practicing Catholic preferred (depending on school requirements).
