Classroom Aide Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School
The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment. The aide assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to foster the Catholic identity and values of the school community.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.
- Support individual students or small groups under the direction of the teacher.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Supervise students during class activities, transitions, lunch, and recess.
- Reinforce positive behavior and model the school’s Catholic values.
- Prepare instructional materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
- Assist with clerical and organizational tasks such as copying, sorting, or filing.
- Participate in required staff meetings, professional development, and trainings.
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and collaborate with teachers and staff.
- Patience, kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to support and uphold the Catholic mission and identity of the school.
