Job Summary
The Cardinal Glennon College Assistant for Formation assists the Vice-Rector and the Director of Propaedeutic Formation in the formation of College Seminarians.

Job Summary
The Cardinal Glennon College Assistant for Formation assists the Vice-Rector and the Director of Propaedeutic Formation in the formation of College Seminarians.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the process of formation advising, which includes meeting, evaluating discussing, and writing reports for seminarians, especially in the Propaedeutic Stage.
- Coordinate the College Fraternity weekends and the Spring Break service experience, as well as other ventures that promote the goals of the Discipleship and Propaedeutic stages.
- Assist in the planning of weekly Formation Conferences, including presenting a conference periodically.
- Assist the Director of Propaedeutic Formation in the planning, implementation, and execution of the Seminar and Prayer Seminar.
- Assist in the coordination of the admissions process for incoming college seminarians.
- Coordinate with sending Vocation Directors visits for prospective seminarians, including the semesterly Come and See discernment retreats.
- Assist the Vice-Rector in the governance and oversight of the National Association of College Seminaries.
- Assist in the overall governance and administration of the college seminary, as needed.
- Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned or approved by the Vice-Rector.
- Bachelor’s degree in philosophy or theology is preferred
- Prior experience or education in professional leadership.
- Highly collaborative style.
- Ability to work both independently and with a high degree of dependability and quality.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
