Holy Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled 3rd Grade Teacher to join its academic community. - Plan and deliver lessons aligned with grade-level curriculum and standards across core subject areas.
- Foster a positive, structured, and faith-centered classroom environment.
- Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and activities.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Maintain consistent classroom management and clear expectations for behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding academic progress and classroom updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff to enhance student learning.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Practicing Catholic or willingness to support the mission of Catholic education.
- Experience teaching elementary students, preferably at the 3rd grade level.
- Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
- Commitment to supporting the academic and spiritual development of students.
