Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and small-group instruction as directed; support literacy and math interventions.
- Monitor and document student progress; provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive classroom culture and model Catholic values.
- Supervise recess, lunch, and specialist classes; assist with transitions and behavior management.
- Prepare classroom materials, perform light housekeeping related to the role, and complete other assigned tasks.
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers, families, and administration; share best practices.
- Practicing Catholic; support and promote students' spiritual development and the school's mission.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in educational, childcare, or recreational settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm for K8 Catholic liberal arts education.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree; experience with K8 instruction; First Aid/CPR certification.
- Complete required pre-employment screenings (background, Virtus training)
- Anticipated pay: $19.00$21.00 per hour; approximately 3540 hours/week. Eligible for benefits. Final salary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
