St. Luke School is enthusiastically seeking a Development Director starting when the position is filled. This is a full-time position.

St. Luke Primary Years (PYP) and Middle Years (MYP) offer co-ed programs in Preschool through Grade 8, welcoming students from around the world. We are a fully authorized International Baccalaureate World School delivering IB programming to all our students. St. Luke School seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven Advancement Director to lead the school's fundraising, community engagement, and philanthropic initiatives. As a member of the school's leadership team, the Advancement Director serves as the chief architect of advancement efforts, fostering a culture of philanthropy while building meaningful relationships with donors, families, alumni, parishioners, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners.
Working closely with the Principal, the Advancement Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the long-term financial sustainability and mission of the school through fundraising, donor stewardship, community partnerships, special events, advancement communications, and strategic engagement initiatives. The Advancement Director should have a strong understanding of Catholic values, traditions, and educational principles. The Advancement Director plays a key role in strengthening relationships throughout the St. Luke community while helping advance collaborative opportunities that support the shared mission and long-term success of St. Luke School and its partnership with Christ the King.
Qualifications
Salary range: $75,000-85,000 per year. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, communications, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, advancement, nonprofit leadership, education, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor relations, event management, sponsorship development, community engagement, or related work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with volunteers, committees, boards, and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related technology platforms. (Finalsite Enrollment, Little Green Light, Greater Giving, Vanco)
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by events and school activities.
