Range: $22.00-$29.00 per hour.

Position Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Administration
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Early Learning Center, including program development, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and Archdiocesan policies
- Supervise, support, and evaluate ELC staff, fostering a collaborative and professional culture
- Manage enrollment, scheduling, and communication with prospective and current families
- Partner with the principal and school leadership team to align the ELC with the broader school mission and vision
- Model and implement developmentally appropriate practices for early learners
- Plan and/or support engaging, play-based, and standards-aligned instruction
- Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily routines and classroom experiences
- Create a nurturing, safe, and structured environment that supports social-emotional and academic growth
- Support and reinforce Holy Family School's Schoolwide Learning Expectations (SLEs):

- Monitor student development and readiness using developmentally appropriate assessment tools
- Use data to guide instruction and program improvements
- Maintain accurate student records and program documentation

- Collaborate with PK8 staff to ensure alignment and strong transitions for students
- Model professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to Catholic education
- Bachelor's degree
- Washington State teaching certification and/or ECE certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in early childhood education required; leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Washington State licensing requirements for early learning programs
- Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of Holy Family School
- Practicing Catholic preferred (or strong respect for Catholic teachings and values)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Range: $22.00-$29.00 per hour.
