Title: Admissions Coordinator
Reports to: Pastor and School Principal
The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator advances the mission of the school by leading student recruitment, enrollment management, fundraising, school marketing and community engagement. This
position works closely with the pastor, principal, parish staff, and parent volunteers to increase enrollment, fundraising, strengthen school visibility, and build meaningful relationships with prospective and current families.

Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities
Admissions & Recruitment
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.
- Coordinate school tours with prospective family visits; serve as liaison with parent and student ambassadors during school tours.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and admissions data.
- Develop and implement annual recruitment strategies for PK8 enrollment.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families.
- Coordinate and promote the school's participation in key advancement and community-building

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, education, business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in admissions, marketing, fundraising, or Catholic education preferred.
- Proficiency with social media, website management, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google
- Practicing Catholic preferred, with a commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
