Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque has an immediate opening for a full-time Legal Assistant to join our Immigration Legal Services (ILS) program team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The Legal Assistant for our ILS program provides essential administrative and client support. Responsibilities include managing case files, client intake, scheduling, and assisting attorneys with legal documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and bilingual proficiency in English and another language that aligns with the needs of our program’s client population. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience), strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to serving immigrant communities.
