The School of Business at Madonna University invites applications for a full-time position as Assistant Professor (rank commensurate with experience) to teach accounting, finance and business courses in the undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs and to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the full-time faculty role. This role starts in August 2026.
The School of Business has been offering business education for over 40 years and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The mission of the School of Business at Madonna University is to promote academic excellence in undergraduate and graduate education. As a community of scholars, faculty and students study the foundational principles of business. We prepare students to become knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and articulate global workers and citizens. The academic programs offered through the School of Business challenge students, add a solid body of knowledge, understanding, and experience in various aspects of business, and are taught in view of the global business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate/graduate courses, participating in curriculum review and renewal; student matriculation, orientations, recruitment and advising; overseeing internships; supporting ongoing accreditation work; program assessment and evaluation; collegial engagement with others; and participation in University governance and academic life.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Masters in Finance or Accounting required, Doctorate preferred.
2. Minimum of two years teaching experience at the college level.
3. Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting required.
4. Ability and availability to teach in-person day, evening and online courses.
5. Demonstrated scholarship through presentations, publications, or practice.
6. Experience with ACBSP standards and requirements for business and accounting program accreditation a plus.
