What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Grade Teacher position at Archdiocese of Detroit?
Everest Collegiate High School & Academy is seeking qualified candidates for a first-grade teaching position. Applicants should be highly capable of providing student instruction and managing the classroom environment.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Current teaching license and/or degree in elementary education
- Must meet all requirements established by the Archdiocese of Detroit for employment
- Must have a record of fingerprints on file or be fingerprinted
- Must have completed or be willing to complete Protecting God's Children training
- Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere with teachers, parents, and students
- Ability to maintain a safe and disciplined learning environment
