Transfiguration Parish is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a two-person maintenance and facilities team responsible for the care, operation, safety, and upkeep of the Nativity campus. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to serve the parish and school community by keeping our buildings and grounds safe, clean, functional, and welcoming.
The Maintenance Technician will be primarily based at Nativity Parish & School, with a significant part of the position dedicated to supporting the daily needs of Nativity School. This role values dependability, quality workmanship, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

- Providing responsive maintenance support to Nativity School administration, faculty, and staff throughout the school day
- Performing general repairs, painting, patching, and basic carpentry throughout the campus
- Handling routine plumbing and basic electrical repairs, and assisting with preventive maintenance of HVAC, boilers, and other building systems
- Maintaining exterior grounds and walkways, including help with lawn mowing, snow removal, and seasonal needs
- Assisting with room setups, equipment moves, and parish and school events
- Conducting routine safety inspections and responding to facility emergencies
- Assisting outside contractors and vendors with access, service calls, and projects
