Nurse Manager- 6 North (Med/Surg)
Description
Responsible for overall functioning of Med/Surg
Maintain safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
Oversee patient care in Med/Surg
Perform HR requirements
Develop operational and capital budget for the department and monitor/adjust to meet established goals
Perform Performance Improvement activities
Assume responsibility for professional activities
Experience/Education
Licensed in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
BS degree in nursing required or plans to enroll in BSN program with completion date of five (5) years
3-5 years of experience as staff nurse, Prefer 1 year experience as Assistant Nurse Manager
