Responsibilities
- Greet patients and healthcare professionals warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction
- Accurately process cash and credit card payments for medication transactions using pharmacy software systems
- Maintain data entry records for prescriptions, patient information, and billing details
- Uphold patient confidentiality by adhering to strict privacy regulations and safeguarding sensitive information
- Support the pharmacy team with basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and communication with patients
- Previous experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings and pharmacy software systems is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacological medical terminology
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on patient care and effective communication in fast-paced settings.
