Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Create and manage the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support staffing needs
- Oversee the full recruitment and interview process
- Maintain and update job descriptions regularly
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection
- Conduct and analyze employee exit interviews
- Serve as primary contact for employee and hiring manager inquiries
- Assist with employee relations including performance reviews and grievance resolution
- Support execution of HR programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, and organizational changes
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system
- Develop career development pathways and specialized trainee programs
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and the VP of Administration
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems
- Strong skills in HR program administration and HRIS management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in human resources roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
