This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for a Spa Director. The Spa Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, including managing a team of professionals, delivering exceptional customer service, developing and managing budgets, and generating sales. The role also involves designing and implementing training programs, fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment, and ensuring the smooth execution of spa services to enhance the guest experience.
- Proven experience and expertise in Spa Management
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build meaningful client relationships
- Competence in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Experience in Training and supervising spa personnel
- Strong Sales skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth through creative strategies
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of spa industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus
- Certification in spa or wellness management is an advantage
