Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Manager On Duty role based in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth management of the facilities. The Manager On Duty will lead the team during shifts, address and resolve guest concerns efficiently, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment according to the company’s standards. Responsibilities also include training team members, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, and supporting special events or programs hosted at the property.
