Fitness Sales Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Sales Advisor located in Brooklyn, NY. The Fitness Sales Advisor will be responsible for promoting fitness memberships, engaging with prospective and current members, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting tours, developing and maintaining client relationships, sharing extensive product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also includes delivering training or presentations to clients as needed to showcase products and services.

• Excellent Customer Service expertise to provide high-quality client experiences and address inquiries professionally
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to achieve individual and team goals
• Experience in Training or presenting offerings to educate and engage clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using technology for managing sales leads, client follow-ups, and data organization
• Previous fitness industry experience and familiarity with gym operations is a plus
• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness
