Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of objectives in line with organizational goals.
- Support activities related to acquisitions, including market research, documentation, and basic contracting processes.
- Facilitate federal budget planning and reporting tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Lead efforts in adopting and integrating AI technologies to improve project results and operational efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders and team members, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical and strategic advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Create roadmap plans, manage schedules, and guide risk mitigation efforts to maintain project health.
- Ensure all projects comply with government contracting and acquisition regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires 10-12 years with BS/BA, or 8-10 years MS/MA or 5-7 years with Ph.D.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance with Poly.
- 5 years of experience in project management with demonstrated advanced organizational skills.
- Foundational knowledge of acquisitions, federal budgets, or government contracting.
- Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience as a subject matter expert in relevant projects or industries.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of federal budget planning and execution processes.
- Experience supporting AI adoption or working in AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and development methodologies.
- Experience supporting communications and outreach activities.
- Strong aptitude in strategic planning and process optimization.
