Systems Integrator - Front Office Support

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and document regular and ad hoc meetings.
  • Facilitate decision meetings/forums, as necessary, to ensure data-driven decision-making and document decisions for the record.
  • Support office level actions and track to completion, including metrics and statistics reporting.
  • Ability to provide strategic planning support to senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate implementation plans and strategies.
  • Ability to collect and analyze metrics to propose process improvements and inform decision making.
  • Ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a prior history of exhibited interpersonal skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to develop briefings based on concepts.
  • Ability to solve problems and be resourceful in solving challenging issues.
  • Ability to share expertise and integrate across organizational teams.
  • Provide strategic planning support to senior leadership.
  • Design, create, test, and maintain the SharePoint libraries, lists, and workflows and/or HIVE collections necessary to support Office-level governance processes, board forums, artifacts, records, etc.
  • Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff for special projects/activities, as required.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow occurring between all programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and refining governance processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic objectives into implementation plans and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze metrics to propose process improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with a prior history of exhibited interpersonal skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Power BI dashboard updates.
  • Prior experience in the Customer’s domain, including enterprise IT and/or mission support.

  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
