This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. The Project Integrator will support the Sponsor by providing technical integration and programmatic support to a policy office.
- Develop and coordinate policy among stakeholders on behalf of the Front Office (FO).
- Provide direct support to the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- Maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback.
- Design and modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information tailored to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions.
- Assist in identifying and tracking action items, monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives, coordinating project schedules, and capturing meeting minutes.
- Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks on all outgoing documents and presentations.
- Assist in identifying and defining process efficiencies.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- BS 8-10 Years, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating policy among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience engaging and collaborating with external partners to develop enhanced communications and solutions responsive to the Sponsor’s requirements.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentation and briefing development.
- Ability to maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback.
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
