Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, updates, and corrections within the IndySoft system
- Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with data cleanup initiatives across customers, assets, and calibration records
- Learn and support core IndySoft workflows (calibration, customer service, vendor services, reporting, etc.)
- Execute basic system administrative tasks under guidance from the ATS IndySoft team
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and recommending corrections
- Follow established processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate with the IT Director, Senior Project Manager, developers, and support staff on assigned tasks
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise lab management system (IndySoft)
- Exposure to IT project delivery and system migrations
- Understanding of workflow design, data integrity, and operational processes
