Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including guest registration, reservations, and inquiries
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
- Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest relations
- Train and mentor front desk staff on hotel policies, guest services, and phone etiquette to maintain high standards of hospitality
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details in compliance with hotel procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction; perform daily room inspections
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation processes
