Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Nurse Manager. The Regional Nurse Manager works as part of the clinic provider team, assisting in the provision of primary healthcare. This role includes supervising nursing staff, providing direct patient services, and performing designated independent procedures as directed by the Senior Nurse Manager. Additionally, the Regional Nurse Manager will serve as the Immunization Director, overseeing the "Vaccines for Children" Program at all Arcare sites. This includes coordinating the ordering and administration of vaccines in accordance with the Standards for Pediatric Immunization Practices and other duties assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations across multiple clinic locations.
- Collaborate with clinic provider teams to deliver high-quality primary healthcare.
- Supervise nursing staff and provide direct patient care.
- Serve as Immunization Director, managing the "Vaccines for Children" Program at Arcare sites.
- Coordinate vaccine ordering and administration according to established standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager.
