Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and personable Clinical Quality Nurse to join the Arcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (MAWVs) in select clinics practicing within their scope under a provider, while also serving as a clinical resource to improve quality performance by identifying and closing care gaps during medical annual wellness visits. This nurse will train and support other nursing and clinical staff to increase understanding, efficiency, and compliance with quality-driven care protocols. This position plays a key role in achieving organizational quality goals, enhancing patient outcomes, and optimizing preventive care delivery across assigned sites.
