Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred
- At least one year of experience in a medical setting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate electronic medical records efficiently
- CPR certification required at hire and annually thereafter; CPR instructor certification within 24 months of employment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide clinical and operational staff, including performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary action
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate clinic coverage
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies, including MedTrainer and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct weekly and monthly chart audits and medication room inspections
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and development of clinic personnel
- Support providers in healthcare activities and assist with diagnostic or therapeutic procedures if licensed
- Participate in and lead quality improvement activities and team meetings
- Ensure the timely review and approval of staff timecards, reimbursements, and purchase requests
- Facilitate seamless patient care transitions across multiple settings by coordinating with care teams
- Provide education to staff and patients on health maintenance and compliance standards
- Incorporate quality indicators and metrics into patient care plans
- Travel to assigned locations for meetings, staff training, and support as needed
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
