Role Overview
This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight. You’ll manage a team of outreach staff, guide daily field operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our nonprofit clients. Your focus is ensuring that our campaigns are executed professionally, targets are met consistently, and community interactions reflect the values of the organizations we represent.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outreach associates to meet performance goals
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with nonprofit clients
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable plans for your team
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven updates to leadership and partners
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members
- Address challenges in real time and maintain a steady, solutions-oriented presence
- Uphold ethical fundraising standards and ensure all messaging aligns with client guidelines
