Key Responsibilities And Essential Functions/Job Duties
- Receive, review, and distribute Opportunities of Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) referrals.
- Monitor OOD authorizations to ensure they are received prior to the start of services.
- Receive, review, and submit OOD billing reports within required timeframes via OOD's vendor portal.
- Correspond with internal and external parties to ensure OOD billing reports are completed and processed appropriately.
- Track and report OOD billing and accruals on a monthly basis.
- Participate in the intake process for OOD Summer Youth Work Experiences as assigned.
- Review Ohio Individual Support Plans (OISPs) and provide input to teams to ensure OISPs meet compliance standards.
- Provide training on topics including but not limited to authorizations, billing reports, and OISPs as assigned.
- Assist with data collection and data entry into Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities' (DODD) Outcome Track System (OTS) on an annual basis.
- Participate in the development of systems to increase departmental efficiencies as assigned.
- Create and maintain departmental tracking documents.
- Participate in audits and reviews by governing bodies, including DODD and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a BCII/FBI background check.
- One year of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) field is preferred.
- Experience providing OOD and DODD employment-related services is preferred.
