Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full and Part-Time Positions Available!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support to help people build skills and live more independently. From helping with daily routines like getting ready for the day, going shopping, or getting to appointments, to offering mentorship and motivation, you'll be there to cheer them on every step of the way!
At the heart of this role is empowering others to learn, grow, and explore their independence.
Responsibilities Include:
Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care
Encourage independence, confidence, and community involvement
Provide guidance, mentorship, and compassionate care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid NYS driver's license
