Arc of Maui County actively supports programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with Residential, Home & Community Based, Adult Day Health and Vocational Services for individuals with disabilities.
We are actively seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable applicants to support adults with Special Needs to meet their goals, increase their independence and improve their quality of life!
Full-Time positions available: 1:1 personal assistance in the community and job coaching.
Shift: Mon-Thurs 8:45a-4p, Fri 8a-4p (37hrs)
Benefits Include: Health Ins (medical/dental/vision - agency pays premium), Paid Time Off, Retirement w/match, Life Insurance, New Hire and Referral Incentives $250 each.
Duties include: supporting individuals to increase independence in activities of daily living and teaching skills in accordance with individual goals, transporting individuals into the community for employment, recreation & social activities or medical appointments.
Applicant requirements: Valid Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Please email resume or work experience.
