Temporary Human Resources Business Partner (4-month assignment)
Location: Remote, Availability to work between 9am-5pm PST working hours required
Position Type: W-2 Part-Time Temporary Assignment, Non-Exempt
Schedule/Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, Ideal working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST
Compensation Range: $25-35/hour, paid bi-weekly
Assignment Duration: July 2026-October 2026
Reports To: ARC Health VP of HR - West Region
Position Summary
The Temporary Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the ARC Health Corporate Team and their assigned practices during the assigned duration. This person will support with payroll processing, monitoring inboxes, and serving as a general liaison to the VP of HR.

Position Responsibilities
- Attend interdepartmental meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with position needs.
- Monitor all HR communications ensuring timely and professional delivery to the responsible party.
- Maintain secure physical and digital personnel files in compliance with legal and organizational standards, including but not limited to: personnel documents, benefits information, and attendance records.
- Manage and implement payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Support VP of HR with onboarding tasks for any new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required (strong preference to be in a business, finance, or HR-related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively, both written and verbal
- Position works remotely
- Ideal working hours occur between 9am-5pm PST
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Salary : $25 - $35
