We utilize a breakthrough, FDA-cleared medical device for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation therapy that uses an MRI-type coil to deliver magnetic pulses to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function. TMS Therapy offers an effective alternative to medication without the harmful side effects, and we are seeking a highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and help continue our mission to improve mental health care in Arizona.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
- 100% Outpatient – No nights and no weekends
- Compensation for full-time: $141,440 - $176,800 per year with bonus potential
- Compensation for part-time: $68 - $85 per hour (pro-rated based on hours worked)
- Flexible work schedule: We can tailor a schedule to fit your family's needs and lifestyle (very flexible)
- New Patient Intake and Evaluations
- Prescribe TMS Therapy and other treatments
- Perform TMS cortical mappings as part of the treatment process
- Oversee staff technicians who administer daily TMS treatments
- Conduct follow-up sessions and occasionally provide therapy and medication management
- Provide medication management as needed, ensuring patient care and safety
