**Arc GLOW - Residential Manager - Aberth IRA - Perry, New York**
Residential Managers at Arc GLOW oversee a single home and the employees assigned to that home. Our Managers are responsible for the operation, staffing, and quality of services while ensuring the house operates in accordance with Federal and State regulations. They provide oversight and support to those that live in the home and the employees who work there by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere. Salaried position at $60,405.80 per year.

WHAT IS ARC GLOW?
We are a parent and family driven organization that empowers and supports people of all ages with a broad spectrum of emotional, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our residential locations cover the four counties in the GLOW region, providing supports and services to over 150 people.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
- Provide direct supervision and evaluation of employees.
- Develop, implement and monitor the Residential Habilitation plan, as well as the Life Plan for each person supported.
- Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
- Use various software platforms for specific job functions.
- Working in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience
- A valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record, per agency policy, and reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The physical ability to transfer and lift people with mobility restraints.
- The drive to help others with personal goals and work in a team environment.
- The ability to efficiently use a computer.
