Annual Salary- $55,000

Arc Culinary is seeking a Lobby Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of Arc Broward’s Arc Culinary Lobby Café at the Chateau Mar Hotel. About the Role: Café Manager

• Ensure that the café consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences, outstanding product quality, and efficient service while maintaining profitability and alignment with Arc Culinary’s mission.
• Provide hands-on leadership in all aspects of café operations, including staffing, training, menu execution, and customer service.
• Responsible for driving sales growth through creative promotions, community engagement, and collaboration with the hotel’s broader food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for creating welcoming, high-quality dining experiences that reflect the excellence of Arc Culinary and the Chateau Mar Hotel.

What are the requirements?

• High school Diploma//GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of work experience in the food service industry.
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production.
• HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience with financial and operational, sanitation and administrative knowledge is needed.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with POS system
• Customer Service Experience.
