Locations: Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Living Green Café serves fresh, handmade food and specialty coffee in a welcoming setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can lead a team, deliver consistent guest service, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This position requires working across our Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami locations.
What you’ll do
- Lead, schedule, train, and coach team members.
- Keep food, drinks, presentation, cleanliness, and service consistent with company standards.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, labor, and sales.
- Resolve guest concerns and support the team during busy shifts.
- Follow food safety procedures and report store results to leadership.
- Balance a budget and be responsible for COGS.
What we’re looking for
- Restaurant or café management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working alongside the team during service.
- Availability for weekends and evenings as business needs require.
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
