Arbors Management is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our property in Charleston. If you have solid basic trade skills and want steady, full-time work with good benefits and supportive management — this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Repair toilets, drains, and hot water tanks
• Fix outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Patch and hang drywall
• Interior and exterior painting
• General carpentry repairs
• Trash removal and light groundskeeping
• Handle work orders and emergency calls (rotating on-call)
• Work with the team to keep the building in good shape
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or building maintenance
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must pass background and drug screening
