The Essentials
- Pay: ranges from $21.50-$25 /hr (Based on experience)
- Hours: Regular hours Mon-Fri, daytime hours; rotating on-call schedule
- Stability: Full-time, no winter layoffs, 401(k) Match, and full Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision).
You’ll handle the "Big Four" of property maintenance:
- Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting.
- Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general repairs.
- HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required).
- Tech: Using a mobile device to manage your day.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction.
- Reliability: Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug screen.
- Availability: Willingness to join a shared on-call rotation.
Salary : $22 - $25
