We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drywall Finisher/Handyman to join our CapEx team. You will work closely with a three-person crew to self-perform construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drywall Finisher/Handyman to join our CapEx team. You will work closely with a three-person crew to self-perform construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform drywall finishing, taping, mudding, and texturing to a professional standard.
- Assist with demolition, framing, painting, flooring installation, and finish carpentry.
- Support minor electrical and plumbing tasks as needed, depending on skillset
- Work on both large-scale apartment remodels and retail tenant improvements.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management staff.
- Occasionally travel between Seattle (Capitol Hill) and Tacoma (Theater District) for project needs.
- 7 years of experience in drywall finishing and general handyman/construction work.
- Strong skills in mudding, taping, sanding, and achieving smooth finishes.
- Working knowledge of multiple trades (framing, painting, flooring, etc.).
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation for commuting between project sites.
- Primary work in Capitol Hill for the first 4 months.
- Intermittent project-based travel to Tacoma.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work as projects demand.
Salary : $29 - $32
