What You’ll Do:
- Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ independence and daily function.
- Use evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Need:
