Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Oklahoma
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Assist residents with meals and hydration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Ensure residents' rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide quality resident care.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA Certification required.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
