Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Oklahoma
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist residents with meals and hydration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure residents' rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA Certification required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
