We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in Agile practices, Rally metrics/reporting, and cloud-based
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and best practices across teams.
- Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to enhance delivery effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of overall IT experience with significant expertise as a Scrum Master.
- Strong background in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central) for metrics and reporting.
- Proven track record in managing development projects with Agile methodologies.
- Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAFe or Scrum Master certification highly desirable.
