Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Active Directory (AD) Services Tech Lead to manage and support global pre-production and production AD infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing complex technical activities, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise directory services across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure (production and pre-production environments)
• Execute complex technical activities related to AD services, domain management, and identity services
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AD environments
• Perform AD design, implementation, and upgrades across global systems
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with security standards
• Handle user access management, authentication, and authorization
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Collaborate with global teams to support infrastructure initiatives
• Implement best practices for AD security, patching, and governance
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Active Directory Services (AD DS)
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise AD environments (production & pre-production)
• Knowledge of AD architecture, domain services, and replication
• Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
