Full job description
Arbor Power Washing is hiring a part-time technician to serve homeowners throughout Tampa, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding areas.
No pressure-washing experience is required. We provide training and are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, comfortable outdoors, and interested in growing with the company.
Pay & Benefits
$18–$35 per hour estimated earnings

High-performing technicians can earn toward the upper end of the advertised range based on productivity, quality, customer service, and overall performance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll perform residential exterior-cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, house washing, pool areas, fences, gutters, and similar services.
You’ll also:
- Operate and maintain professional pressure-washing equipment
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and PPE
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain the truck, equipment, and supplies
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Help identify opportunities to better serve customers
Schedule
Part-Time,
Monday-Wednesday
Typical operating hours are approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, but daily start and finish times vary based on the route, number of jobs, weather, and workload.
Some days may be shorter or slightly longer than others.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Dependable and punctual
- Smartphone required for work apps
Experience is not required. We’re more interested in work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
