- Generate and review purchasing data for month end reports (cost, variances, etc.)
- Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, portal training)
- Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications
- Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents
- Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies
- Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Excellent process management and organization skills
- Open communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Residential Construction preferred
