- Assist the Superintendent with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction
- Learn and understand the home building process and the schedule.
- Shadow pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, orientation walks and closing walks.
- Shadow weekly phone calls with buyers who are under construction to enhance their experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the sales team at your job site – communicate with them weekly on any customer issues for a unified Arbor front.
- Maintain constant job site readiness daily for the contractor base such as keeping houses, garages, lots, and common areas clean.
- Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Opportunity to learn more about the general operations of the division both within and outside of the assigned department that will be supplemental to the learning experience.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level)
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to understand a quality, timely build that ends with a signed off home and happy homeowner
- Communication and follow up
- Sense of urgency and proactiveness
