Responsible for providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors. Answer main entry door, clean, disinfect and straighten main common area, assist with meal set up, service, and clean up for residents, participate in resident engagement activities as directed by Life Enrichment, answer phones, as needed, sort mail for distribution, promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.
