Your Role as an Arbor Special Education Teacher:
As a Special Education Inclusion Teacher, you’ll play a critical role in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your efforts will empower students with diverse needs to achieve their full potential.

Primary Responsibilities as a Special Education Teacher:
- Collaborate with evaluation teams to conduct diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Foster inclusive classroom environments by partnering with regular education teachers.
- Chair Review and Annual Review Meetings to ensure student progress and goal alignment.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students based on their IEPs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student development.
Key Functions:
- Conduct educational assessments for Annual Reviews and Re-evaluations.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of IEPs.
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate open communication with parents, offering consultation and support.
